Our Volunteer program is specially designed for those who want to experience an eco friendly way of life; you can take part in sustainable activities, such as organic farming, eco building, vegetarian cooking, etc., while at the same time experiencing the quietness and harmony afforded by yoga and meditation. It is also a great opportunity to meet a diverse range of people who come from all parts of the world to visit the park and exchange cultural experiences.

Volunteers work for 4 1/2 hours a day in sustainable activities during the morning; the work consists of organic farming, eco-construction, eco tourism, helping in the kitchen, teaching English to members of the community, art, filming, teaching in rural schools (in case of long terms volunteers) and more. In the afternoon they are free to take part in the Park´s activities (hatha yoga, meditation with tibetan bells, music theraphy with oriental instruments, pranayama program, movies, etc.), or simply relax, read a book, or take a walk through the surrounding rural environment. All the year around, volunteers from all over the world come to the Park to discover their skills, get in contact with mother earth, help us improve our local community, get to know new people, learn Spanish and enjoy nature and the experience of living in our community.

Yoga and Meditation Center: The Park is also a Yoga Ashram, every day you can take part in hatha yoga classes that enables you to harmonize mind, body and spirit, you are also invited to practice meditation with oriental instruments to help you connect with your inner self, and learn about the most ancient Indian teachings on the science of self-realization in our workshops on Vedic philosophy. Participation in these programs are of course optional. Accomodation: The Park has several comfortable rooms (singles, doubles or triples) available in different cabins, blankets and sheets are provided, there is access to hot water and common rooms.

Food: The Park has it own organic lacto-vegetarian/vegan organic restaurant, with an excellent and tasteful menue of Latinoamerican and Indian dishes. The volunteer program includes full board (breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner). What To Bring: Comfortable clothes for yoga, meditation and work, toiletries, a towel, and open mind, and a willingness to share and learn! Items Not Permitted: Food products made of meat or eggs, alcoholic beverages, intoxicants, or drugs. International

Certification: Eco Yoga Park is a member of an International Eco Village Network association. The Park provides volunteers with an International Validity Certificate.

Cost:
The cost of the program is $USD15 per day for 2 weeks or more, $USD18 per
day (8-13 days), $USD20 per day (4-7 days) or $USD25 per day for 3 days or
less time There's no minimum stay, but we advice that you stay for at least a week to get the most out of the program.
